She has diplomas in sports massage, holistic therapy (incorporating massage, aromatherapy and reflexology), additional reflexology techniques and Indian head massage. She has also completed additional training in pregnancy massage and provides prenatal and postnatal massage.

Acupuncture can help with specific complaints, for example headaches, migraines, low back pain, neck pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and osteoarthritis of the knee.
